What Is the CCAT?

The Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT) is a pre-employment assessment developed by Criteria Corp to evaluate your cognitive aptitude—your ability to learn, solve problems, and think critically under pressure.

  • How fast you can process new information
  • Whether you can analyze problems logically
  • If you're likely to succeed in a mentally demanding role
  • Your ability to learn quickly without constant supervision

Key Insight: Companies use the CCAT because resumes can be polished and interviews can be rehearsed, but the CCAT gives them an objective look at how you actually think.
